This bibliography provides the references needed by anyone desiring to understand the underlying theory of ISM software. It gives the titles of 24 books, monographs and papers, authored or co-authored by Warfield, plus the titles of the 2 papers by Japanese authors with a method for a speeded up computation of the ISM algorithm.
We have a computer file of the bibliography which is dated: 23 May 1992. This was a first version. However. I have kept in hard copy a later version, identical to the 23 May version except it has the addition of the papers by the 2 Japanese authors, which Warfield must have added a little later.
