Warfield Special Collection at Fenwick Library, GMU does not have the CIM REPORTS which is a set of eleven hard cover volumes. The eleven REPORTS volumes are shelved instead in the Fenwick Library Stacks [Call number 61.W372]. In the GMU Library catalog, the volumes are titled "CIM REPORTS" not Center for Interactive Management Reports. In Box 24 Folder of Warfield Special Collection there is ONLY a list of the TITLES of the Reports (plus some correspondence regarding collection and binding of the eleven volumes). ANNOTATION for "Contents List for Center for Interactive Management Reports (CIM REPORTS): This is an eleven volume set containing reports written by IASIS staff members during 1983-1989. The original CIM reports (printed during 1983-1989) were all softcover spiralbound editions. (We do not have computer files for the actual soft cover individual reports, although they might be on some old disks which we haven't come across as yet.) When the Center for Interactive Management was terminated in 1989, we collected all of the CIM reports in hard cover for donation to George Mason University's Fenwick Library. There were so many CIM reports that individual hard cover bindings would have been prohibitively expensive, so Rose, the Volunteer Secretary, grouped the collection of reports TOPICALLY under eleven titles, to be bound as an eleven volume "set." Rose assembled two complete eleven-volume sets. One set was donated to Fenwick Library, and the other set was shipped to the Library of Congress.
John Warfield is listed as co-editor with Aleco Christakis for the volume on Education, Volume 1. Other staff members were listed as editors of the other ten volumes. All volumes contain a "Foreword" page, signed by John Warfield, to tie the volumes together as a unit. NOTE: John is definitely not the author of "Contents List" which is just an elaborate annotation written by Rose to help identify and locate all the reports. I put him as author to simplify indexing.
