This is a 9 x 6 inch publisher's reprint. Kenneth Butler was a graduate student working toward his Ph.d and Assistant Instructor in Electrical Engineering at University of Kansas. Ken went to the conference to present the paper, Warfield says he believes that only Ken went, that he was sure he did not go to Chicago during that time. I remember that Ken was scared to death of getting up and giving the presentation and Warfield kept encouraging him to do it, and I guess he finally did.
