INFORMATION ON THE PATENT ISSUED JUNE 27, 1967: Page 1 is a figure sheet, reproducing Figures 1,3,4. it also has the heading: "J. N. Warfield, et al, Double Bridge Network for Producing Signals Having a Modulation Envelope Phase Difference, filed May 7,. 1965" Page 1 also shows the Patent Number, which is #3,328,798. Also date of patent, 27 June 1967. Page 2 shows figures 2 and 5. Page 3 shows figures 6 and 7. In addition to the three figure pages, there are three printed pages, printed on both sides, describing the patent. Note that the name of the invention after being patented is now Double Bridge Network, et. IMFORMATION ON THE APPLICATION, FILED 7 MAY 1965: Patent Lawyers Hovey, Schmidt, Johnson & Hovey, Federal Reserve Bank Bldg., Kansas City, Missouri 64106 filed the application, on behalf of Warfield, Gooch and Hogan who are listed as inventors. Date the application was signed was 15 April 1965 (from penciled note & initials of JNW.) The letter for application Docket #11487 was filed 7 May 1967. It is 15 numbered typed pages, plus eleven unnumbered pages on which are listed 20 numbered "claims" identifying the parts of the invention, plus 6 figure pages. Also in the Warfield Special Collections hard copy file at George Mason University is non-digitized correspondence relative to this patent. Although Warfield was principal investigator and leader for this invention, the actual patent was assigned to his employer Wilcox Electric Company of Kansas City.
