A review of George Mason University activities and personnel, this seems to be some sort of university planning proposal written by GMU administration or publicity officers. I am not sure about the date, but must have figured it out from reading through this manuscript which is a preliminary draft for one of those publicity publications put out by universities. The only reason I saved it is because Warfield is mentioned on page 13, as one of the faculty members. Sometimes he has been left out of GMU faculty lists and the teaching part of his work was the most important to him.
