This is a manuscript of handwritten pages by Warfield, plus photocopy of a book review by Krippendorf. 1986/87 I seem to remember that John was hunting everywhere for this Krippendorf paper about ten or twelve years later, finally he wrote to Krippendorf for the citation, and got another copy of the paper through interlibrary loan. The Finding Aid lists this item as "Undated" but for some reason when I read through the materials before shipping I decided it was September 10, 2000 that Warfield had written the notes, don't know why now, but I wouldn't have written such an exact date without some good reason. For some reason I failed to make a note of the title of the book which Klaus had reviewed and John was writing notes about. Warfield’s handwritten scrap of notes is now in a box 9, Folder 30 in Fenwick Library, so persons will have to go there to find out the rest of this short story.
