Rough estimate this item is about 150 pages. I can't identify it among the Ghana titles in GMU Finding Aid, so I don't know where this specific item is located among the Ghana papers.  It is a rough draft, with computer printouts and handwritten notes, which preceded the formal report titled "Project & Funding Proposal for Development of Technology Transfer Centre" which is already in Fenwick Library in the Warfield Special Collection in BOX 32, FOLDER 17.

  I have heaps of old unsorted Ghana files and notes digitized on my home computer, and we have about decided to simply open for digital browsing the folders from my home computer that seem to have most information. This material now digitized was  a scrapbook of materials formerly kept in a big blue notebinder on shelf in Warfield's office.  Much of it is also IN HARD COPY,  in boxes sent to Fenwick Library in the year 2000, and, as I said, unsorted at this time.
