The Center for Interactive Management ceased to exist at George Mason University on 1 June 1989. This report is a description of what the Center was designed to do, and what it accomplished before closing in January 1990. In addition to reviewing the history of the Center, Warfield's work at the Institute is described, his publications are listed, and his educational activities both in the U.S. and in foreign countries receive mention, with several appendices giving names, dates, places, etc. One of the appendices, Appendix B, titled "John Warfield's Work and Related Topics" is a good bibliography from beginning of his career through 1989. This 1989 Annual Report was prepared for use of GMU administration officials, in particular the new provost entering the administration in 1989 who had to decide what to do with Warfield's Institute now that Alexander Christakis and the Center were no longer in the picture. As such, it is a very good description of the work done by Warfield up to this date in time. R.w. circa 2000 ===========
NOTE: Appendix B with the long bibliography is missing from our computer pdf file of the IASIS Annual Report for 1989. This report was not scanned or digitized at all until February 2013, when Rose Warfield found it unpacking boxes. She also found that Appendix B had already been scanned and added to the Warfield digital Collection as a separate file, under the name 'John Warfield's Work and Related Topic", Rose did not scan the last part of the report (Appendix B) because it was already available as one of the Warfield Digital Collection downloads" We must have had it as a separate paper, in 1989, donated it with other papers in 2000, and in 2009 it was spotted by GMU as an unpublished paper and added it to the Warfield Digital Collection at GMU. And finally in February 2013 Rose found the 1989 IASIS Annual report in old boxes, and scanned just the first part. (r.w. February 2013)
