Warfield wrote the first IASIS newsletter on 14 or 15 January 1999, and sent as a group response to frequently asked questions, plans to continue with more issues infrequently, as needed, if needed. He sent copies of the #1 newsletter to all the TIPP faculty, to the IM list, and also to those persons who had sent him questions, as follows; to Bill Livingston and to Chandy, to Margaret Heath, to Richard Evans, to Jim Harris, to Helen Armstrong, to Graham Hereford, the Koichi Haruna, to Roy Smith, to Tuan, to Siwei Cheng, to Bill Rodger, to Aleco Christakis, to Batra.
