This is a report on one of two workshops conducted under supervision of John N. Warfield for the CSIR in Accra. This report was submitted by Warfield in January of 1997, Also at George Mason University’s Special Collections Department there is a companion report on the Jan 1997 workshops written by Dr. Moses N. B. Ayiku. Although not digitized, Dr. Ayiku’s report is available in hard copy, in Box 10, Folder 15 of the Warfield Collection at the University under the title “Attitudinal Changes in the Council for Scientific & Industrial Research (C.S.I.R).”
