Marketing Information For: “A Structure Based Science of Complexity.” 1999/04/01 This is a printed tape-bound booklet created by Warfield in response to Kluwer Publishing Co questionnaire for authors, in which they asked for book information, possible marketing outlets, etc. The information was sent to Jolanda Voogd, Kluwer Publishers, on or about April 1, 1999. In the questionnaire the author is asked to describe the ideas in his book, and give names of persons familiar with his work, and provide a short vita, so that in a sense the booklet becomes somewhat autobiographical. On 18 September 1999 a copy of "Marketing Information for A Structure Based Science of Complexity" was mailed to Melissa Morton. At Imperial College Press, London I found a hard copy of this in Warfield's papers, in May 2012, but it has three pages of front material not included in the computer file. The front 3 pages, numbered I, ii, and iii contain a contents list, a preface, and a table titled "Outline: A Structure-Based Science of Complexity: Transforming complexity into understanding" the table page has a notation at bottom of copyright John N. Warfield 1999. I am looking for the 3 pages of this front material but haven’t found it yet. It is probably in some of Warfield's old files. MEANWHILE, I AM STORING THIS HARD COPY TO USE AS A BASIS FOR CREATING A NEW MARKETING MATERIAL DOCUMENT FOR POSSIBLE NEW PUBLISHERS NOT ONLY FOR asbsoc BUT ALSO HIS LAST BOOK, SINCE MUCH OF THE EXPRESSION OF THE AUTHOR WILL REMAIN THE SAME AS WELL AS BASIC INFO.
