This was one of many files associated with a book which Warfield hoped to write. This seems to be an entire outline of a book. It has a table of contents plus chapter headings with topical headings listed as the text of each chapter, plus the names of the papers and books which would be the source for the full text manuscript. This 1992 book outline was printed and distributed as a spiral-bound IASIS report dated 6 July1992, and was used as a handout and syllabus for the first Mathematics of Modeling course, which was taught July 1992 in Mexico at the Tech Institute in Monterey (ITESM). Planned as a book, this is a WIP which Warfield has not yet finished writing. He plans to use some old Societal Systems chapters and also use new writings which he did in the nineties. Drawing on materials he had developed in his Mathematics of Modeling courses and seminars. Warfield taught three one-week short courses in the nineties and their materials would have been incorporated. The short courses were: 1) July 27-31, 1992, a Workshop course for ITESM - titled "Mathematics for Modeling." 2) January 18-22, 1993, a Workshop course for The Institute of Public Policy at GMU (videotaped) - titled "Mathematics Modeling." 3) June 21-25, 1993, Workshop course for ITESM, follow-up on July 1992 course - titled " A Science of Design."
