In a spiral bound CIM Report cover, this booklet holds issues of the Center, from its inception in 1982 at the University of Virginia until is dissolution at George Mason University in the spring of 1989. Two issues from University of Virginia Center Spring 1982 and Spring 1983 are here, followed by ten issues from George Mason University, Spring 1985 through Spring 1989.

GMU Library has the original paper copy in Box 4, Folder 1, donated by Warfield in year 2000. In 2009 it was digitized  by Special Collections department and at that time added to MARS Warfield Digital Collection where it is available for public download.  In 2017 Rose downloaded a read only copy to Warfield home computer.
