I don't know what this is and can't find record of it in GMU finding aid, nor in computer title search. MCC was a research corporation or manufacturing corporation in Austin where John went to give an informal talk during the time he was in Austin for the IDTP Meeting in December 1995. Microelectronics and Computer Technology Corporation, known as MCC, was a pioneering research consortium of technology companies located in Austin. This must have been a title or a Note or Memo because it is in my database list with date and place, so I will leave it. It is probably somewhere in the boxes at GMU.
