This document is a diagram in which Warfield attempts to display on a single page the extent of his academic papers collection. He prepared this graphic for the Special Collections Department when his papers were being considered for archiving at George Mason University's Fenwick Library. The graphic page was sent to Fenwick Library by FAX, I believe, and possibly also in a letter with the other documents which belonged with it. Two other papers are accompaniments to this graphic, and were sent at approximately the same time, they are "The John Warfield Collection" written 19 July 2000, five page manuscript "A Narrative Overview of the "Warfield Collection" written in final version 23 Oct 2000. 29 page manuscript. Although these three documents were both sent to GMU and also to Arizona, they were preliminary to the actual acceptance of Warfield's papers for the special collections departments of each university. Consequently, it is quite likely that they are not cataloged by either library as part of the Warfield Collection, but instead are filed in Warfield correspondence folders, perhaps, at both places. I have not asked about this, and did not enter these titles in the BIBLWIN database until February 2001, after the last shipment of Warfield papers had already been packed and shipped to each of the libraries.
