This was a questionnaire sent to the panel of speakers taking part in the Primer Interloquium held in Guanajuato March 1994. Warfield received one and filled it out and sent it back to them, I don't know what is on the one we saved in files and I don't know where it is now. There is no specific record of it in the GMU Finding Aid for Warfield Special Collection, but it is probably in a box in Fenwick Library anyhow because we sent stuff like that in the year 2000 with other Primer Interloquium materials, which are listed in GMU finding aid as located in either Box 80 Folder 24 or Box 83 Folder 12.
