The manuscript includes outline of the talk and copies of transparencies used in the talk, in which he says that "effective stakeholder participation is the only resort" for realistically attaining the goals of our political platforms, but "participation is only part of the answer; we have to enable our citizenship to function." Interactive Management is described, with illustrations of the seven Consensus Methodologies in use at Warfield's Center for Interactive Management at University of Virginia.
