Sent to GMU on 31 JanJanuary 31, 2001 [Please go to AUDIOVISUALS TABLE to copies of the video lecture which goes with this slide presentation.] SEE ALSO another record in Textual Materials table which might be related, it has the title: "Structuring Discursivity: A Field Representation, May 5, 2000" ============================================================================== This is a set of PowerPoint printouts of slides used in a videotaped LECTURE, The filming was done at George Washington University Television studio in Washington, D.C. on 16 June 16, 2000. The manuscript of the slide printouts was donated to GMU, BUT NOT THE VIDEOTAPE, because JohnWarfield has not yet completed the series. This lecture titled "Structuring Discursivity for the Domain of Complexity" was planned by Warfield to be Number 14 of an overall series of 14 videotapes to be called "Managing the Unmanageable." Eight of the LECTURES in the series were videotaped at George Washington University Television Studio (GWU-TV), in Washington, D.C. in June 2000. JohnWarfield had planned five more lectures for this series, but he did not have time to do the videotapes for those remaining five before leaving town. Of the series of 14 planned video lectures, JohnWarfield was able to make tapes for No. 2, No. 3, No. 4, No. 5, No. 7, No. 9, No. 13, and No. 14 at GWU-TV. Number 1 of his series had been taped several months before, on Feb 23, at George Mason University in Fairfax, VA. The Powerpoint slides for all lectures are on John's computer, in file folder MTU2000. The slides are also on Rose's computer, in mtu2000 . There is also a record of the lectures in Rose's the database (Biblwin, later converted to ACCESS) where each of the pPowerpPoint slide lectures is listed by its TITLE. Since the year 2000, JohnWarfield has worked on a number of additional PowerPoint lecture slides for this series, and I think he is now up to about 20 lectures. All are on his compute.r R.w. 3/7/2007
