GMU might have a copy of this but I can't find it in the SC&W Finding Aid listings. [Box 78 Folder 9 at GMU lists a faculty activity report but undated, don't know which one it is] A rather lengthy discussion of struggles to get funding and office space for continued development of tools to handle complexity, review of courses and workshops and publications and lectures overseas, all overseas work was paid for by hosting university, not George Mason University. The NSF declined Warfield's pre-proposal document for dubious reasons.
