Toward a Research Plan for George Mason University: The Interactive University

This is a draft of formal document prepared for President George W. Johnson, containing proposals for the future of George Mason University. "The Interactive University" is the term coined by Warfield to describe the educational and organizational innovations he suggests as a goal for the year 2000. Warfield sent the draft manuscript to President Johnson on 8 July 1986.

"The Interactive University" is the term coined by Warfield to describe the educational and organizational innovations he suggests as a goal for the year 2000. This material was shipped to Fenwick Library Special Collections, George Mason University, Fairfax, VA on 23 October 2000. But I can't find it listed in GMU Finding Aid. It might have been bundled into a folder with other items. There is a copy of the paper inside the Essay collection titled Education Papers by Warfield in Box 11 Folder 5 at Fenwick Library's Warfield Special Collection This manuscript is in MICROSOFT WORD-6, typed by Bonnie Seitz. (John Warfield has never proof-read Bonnie's typed version.)
