A copy of this paper was sent to The Institute of Public Policy at George Mason University (TIPP) where it was issued as a TIPP monograph, with the TIPP Monograph cover and end papers added. The TIPP MONOGRAPH TITLE is: "Technical Paper No. 94:1" Previous to the TIPP Monograph we had printed an IASIS office report, which is exactly the same as the TIPP monograph in content, except that our IASIS report has a front cover color photograph showing Scott Staley in action as facilitator at one of the Ford Workshops held in Dearborn.

Written by Warfield and reviewed carefully by Staley before printing, this is a summary covering the totality of the research and IM workshop activity performed by IASIS collaboratively with Ford Research Laboratory over the four year period 1990-1994. The official report completed on 14 August 1994 and turned into Ford Motor Company contained Ford phone numbers and such, and is a confidential report, not for public distribution. The report in the file drawer has been gleaned of Ford confidential material, and is used to pass out to everybody.
