Warfield did not actually present paper in Milwaukee. Shipped to GMU on 23 October 2000.

This material was shipped to Fenwick Library Special Collections, George Mason University, Fairfax, VA on 23 October 2000. This is not in Warfield's resume list of publications, but the 8 1/2 typed manuscript is in the basement file. Warfield says he did not present the paper in Milwaukee, and perhaps it was not even published in any proceedings, because he never listed it in any of his resumes.
