Copies of these papers went into a tape-bound report titled “George Mason University Johnson Center Lecture Series on Complexity, Lecture Group 3.” The report is in Box 36, Folder 11 of GMU's Warfield Collection C0016 at Fenwick Library. Lecture 10 was videotaped by GMU student video center, and the single tape cassette is in Box 67 of the Warfield Collection. Also there is a movie (mpeg) file on Warfield home computers somewhere.
