Proposal to Ford Motor Company for Warfield to continue to work and study with their staff until the end of the year 1994. The proposed work plan entails Information Organization System Studies, Extended Software Capability, Continuing Workshop Support, and Short Course Training for Ford Engineers.

In a Memorandum dated 12 May 1994. A budget of $113,000 is proposed to Ford Motor Company for Warfield to continue work and study with their staff until the end of the year 1994. The proposed work plan entails Information Organization System Studies, Extended Software Capability, Continuing Workshop Support, and Short Course Training for Ford Engineers. The proposal is addressed to Pete Sferro, Ford Alpha Manufacturing, Robert DeLosh, Ford PowerTrain Operations, and Scott M. Staley, Ford Research Laboratory. It consists of 5 printed pages plus 7 handwritten pages holding notes written by Warfield. In 2007 when collecting Ford Reports to copy for Warfield the Special Collection Fenwick librarians found and copied this document, having found it in a folder titled "Product Information Management (PIM) At Ford Motor Company" 1994 (Box 23 , Folder 10 ) The proposal document now remains in Box 23 Folder 10, although it would involve a new and separate Ford contract , a followup to the PIM work.
