Sent to GMU 27 September 2007. A talk outline and printouts of PowerPoint Slides used in an informal presentation open to faculty, students and the public. It was held in the Public Policy conference room on first floor of the Finley Building on George Mason University's Fairfax campus. Once again Warfield tries to interest a few more people in the ideas and uses of Interactive Management. He had prepared four different PowerPoint slide sets. Topics included 1) a quote from Geoffrey Vickers, 2) a review of how Scott Staley used Interactive Management to get a studied response to a high-level executive policy decision involving a potential 3-billion dollar investment at Ford, which was accepted by the executive as the correct decision, . 3) Warfield's description of the Complexicon-the summary of his research on complexity over almost four decades 4) How Scott Staley used Interactive Management to develop a layered proposal for his 70-million dollar budget to develop the Ford fuel cell vehicle over a four-year period. Tony Perino and Henry Alberts both came to this talk.
