Comments on Systems Research and Behavioral Science, a Wiley journal

A highly critical letter in response to a survey request from the Wiley Marketing Manager. While expressing friendship, sympathy and respect for editor Mike Jackson, Warfield gives history of the journal from its beginnings and deplores its decline in editorial policies and content. In a follow-up email message, he adds a few suggestions for improvement.

Sent to GMU 27 September 2007. Warfield's highly critical letter is in response to a survey request from Wiley marketing manager Tracy Clayton. While expressing friendship, sympathy and respect for editor Mike Jackson, Warfield gives history of the journal from its beginnings and deplores its decline in editorial policies and content. In a follow-up email message, he adds a few suggestions for improvement. (I have a home WordPerfect file of the comments, but not the email to Tracy Clayton which should be in the folder at GMU) r.w. 22 Feb 2013
