Warfield had this material stored in his PEIRCE 3 notebook Warfield's letter to Tom Cowan regarding Cowan's article "Paradoxes of Science as a System" is accompanied by 8 pages of notes written by Warfield relevant to Cowan's article and to Warfield's Peirce studies. Cowan's article can be found in BOX 44 FOLDER 25 of the Warfield Collection.
