Necessary and Sufficient Conditions for Complexity to be Present in a Situation

A table that provides an answer to the question “How do you know if it’s complex?”

The date on the WordPerfect computer file is 23 March 1998, so that is probably close to correct date. Warfield says he can't remember that he ever used this table in a lecture or article, but the title is Table 2. Where is Table 1? I don't know. Warfield says he just wrote the table because some managers were asking him "How do you know it's complex?" and he thought this might help them, but decided they probably wouldn't get much understanding out of it, so never used.
