Sent to GMU 27 September 2007. The chronology covers the period 1956-1998, lists publications, colleagues and professional activities during that time, as recalled by Warfield. It is a biography, of sorts, relating his professional life during this period. A first draft of this manuscript was used as part of a student manual, a handout for Warfield’s “Short Course on Complexity Science and Interactive Management” taught 15-18 Feb 1999 at George Mason University.
A SECOND DRAFT WRITTEN IN YEAR 2007. At Rose Warfield’s suggestion, before sending this document to GMU Special Collection, Warfield added the information about his work as editor of two different systems journals, which had been left out of the first draft. This paper is entered twice in the Warfield Digital Collection, once with the word "Systems" added to the title, but the same file exactly. I think the content of both entries is the same, and that it is the 2007 version. r.w. circa 2007.
