The ORIGINAL transparencies were shipped to GMU probably with the Oct 2000 shipment and are now located in Box 75 of C0016 Warfield Special Collection at Fenwick Library . This is John Warfield's "Movie Example" a set oft transparencies used in classes. JohnWarfield says he first used the movie example about 1980, in University of Virginia class lectures. It was used again at George Mason University, JohnWarfield doesn't remember exact times, dates, locations for the use but I have seen the movie example in some old reports, I am sure. Some pages dealing with the movie example can be found in JohnWarfield's 1990 book A Science of Generic Design, in the sections dealing with options fields and options profiles. . Rose Warfield found photocopies of the eleven transparencies in 2007 and got John Warfield to put them in correct consecutive order, and scanned them all into a single pdf file.. There might be a few other transparency pages to add later, but this is all we can find for now. On Rose's computer this cell-pack is in filename: C:UsersRoseDocumentsJohn Warfield PapersINVNRWJwPapersPlanning to go to the movies.pdf
