This drawing appears as Appendix B of the 1995 IASIS REPORT titled "Proposal: Demosophia-Type Situation Room Construction at George Mason University" The drawing is the same one that was supplied to Ford Motor Company in 1990 as part of the IASIS proposal for them to construct such a room. The concept for this floor plan was created by Warfield and adapted in his Interactive Management Center at University of Virginia in 1981-1982, then transplanted to George Mason University where Warfield's Center for Interactive Management was established in 1984. Warfield designed the situation room which was used for 5 or 6 years at George Mason University from 1984 to 1989. Rose scanned a paper printout of the drawing in August 2011, in order to have a digital file of the drawing. There is a better file somewhere, but I don't know where. A copy of the drawing is at Warfield Digital Collection, as end page to the paper titled "Proposal: Demosophia Type Situation Room at George Mason University" which is now available online from GMU.
