In 1992 Warfield's reference papers were in a filing cabinet called "The IASIS File." Records of the filing cabinet documents were kept in a small bibliographic database BIBLWIN, which Wally Grotophorst, author of BIBLWIN software, had donated to faculty members and had taught Rose how to use. This 7 page bibliography, is nothing but an export from the BIBLWIN program, in a printout derived from use of a few keywords in a global search of Rose Warfield's IASIS file records. Keywords used for the search were probably ISM, interpretive structural modeling and structural modeling. The purpose of the search was to find documents helpful to Davidson Anyiwo, who had been a Ph.D student of John Warfield, and was in 1992 a visiting faculty member at George Mason University. Davidson's brother, Joseph Anyiwo also lived in Virginia, and the two wished to work up a proposal for a consultancy project using Interactive Management in some of the departments of the Nigerian government. There was a big Nigerian election coming up in 1992. Depending on who would win elective office, the Anyiwo's might be successful in getting acceptance of such a proposal. The two brothers took several papers and reports from Warfield, and also Warfield gave Joseph a completely written proposal on a similar type of work, which Joseph could use as a pattern. Joseph was supposed to return Warfield's proposal to us, but he never did. Also the Nigerian election results weren't favorable, the wrong party got into power, so I don't think any of the reports and papers which Warfield gave them were ever used.
