This is a paper suggesting higher education change its focus and introduce systems concepts as a basic of college curriculum. Quoting from the Introduction page: "Despite the pervasive impact on all human beings everywhere of large systems of all kinds, higher education has never accepted system design as a key part of its mission." No college accepted this proposal. I don't know if Warfield sent it to any college administrators or not. The document was one of several unpublished items sent on DVD 2 of 2 as a donation to George Mason University Library Warfield Special Collection, now at Fenwick Library in Box 96 Folder 6.
