One of the formal reports to university administration. This is a Review of IASIS activities with names of persons and events and presentations, etc. Several pages not finished yet, this was apparently planned for later completion, but I haven't seen any other such document for year 1990. This might be the only 1990 report. The last page in the document reports that on 20 August Warfield received formal notice from Dean Lovett of Arts & Sciences that IASIS was to be moved from its Thompson Hall suite, and that effective 1 October 1990 Warfield’s office would be in G-Module, one of the aging pre-fab buildings on the fringe of George Mason University campus.
