Sent to GMU on 23 Oct 2000. This was Lecture No. 7, of the Warfield Complexity Lectures given in the 1998 Fall semester at George Mason University. It was the second of three lectures on Applications in Industry and Government. Warfield talked about the work of Moses Ayiku in Ghana, Carol Jeffrey in Liberia and Roxana Cardenas in Mexico. The lecture was videotaped by GMU student video center technicians. It was approximately 73 minutes in length.
