Video shows an Interactive Management workshop for the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) in 1985-1986. Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) and the Nominal Group Technique assisted NMFS executives define and structure anticipated problems for the 1990s, as well as clarify long-range goals and options for the redesign of the NMFS in the future. This is the only tape from 15 January 1986.
