Segments of this taped lecture were published to GMU web page under the title: "19-feb-1999 Video Segments: Class Lecture and video of Ford Motor Company’s First Interactive Management Session" in which the listed date is incorrect. This class actually met on February 6, 1999, not Feb 19 as stated on the GMU web page.
