Sponsored by the Virginia Alliance for Nursing Assn, the filming was done by George Mason University TV studio. Executive producer of the film was Georgine Redmond, Assistant Dean of School of Nursing at George Mason University, with production work done by CIM staffers David Keever and Ben Broome. Using excerpts from sessions held 23-24 June 1986 and November 1986, the videotape highlights the issues confronted by the nursing association, and gives description about process of Interactive Management on the first day of IM session. The last part of the tape presents testimony & usefulness of process in the context of the Nursing Alliance's planning for future.
