Quality Design

A video produced by the Center for Interactive Management that includes description of the differences between a normal and a complex problem and an overview of the Interactive Management process.

This is an in house or promotion tape explaining briefly the steps used in Interactive Management sessions, a film that Ben Broome wrote and produced for the Center. I think it is about 15 minutes in length. Ben is the off-screen narrator, there are views of typical situation room events at Center for interactive Management with Alexander Christakis and David Malone as facilitators. Aleco talks about Interactive management theory and processes during a typical workshop. Sound track is poor. It is available on Warfield Digital Collection at GMU where the library staff has digitized it. R.w. March 5, 2007
