Video clips from a course titled “Resolving Complexity in Organizations” that Warfield taught at George Mason University during the 1999 Spring Semester. In this clip Warfield talks about the small group pathology called “groupthink” which occurs when groups are pressured and end up making a decision that nobody thinks is correct.
