This is a DVD copy of cassettes No. 1 and No.2 of a set of 9 VHS videotapes filmed at the Ford APT-5 workshop held in Dearborn, Michigan 9-11 December 1992. The DVD copies were requested from Fenwick Library by Warfield, in 2005, after Warfield was able to get an O.K. of funding for the copying job. Warfield still had some money in his GMU accounts administered by School of Public Policy. He asked Public Policy to approve the copy job. The tapes were copied in April 2005 by VOX- CAM in Silver Spring Maryland, and the DVD's sent to Warfield in Florida. Fenwick Library also got a copy of the complete DVD set which was placed in Fenwick Library's own Warfield Special Collection (Box 88).
We have 2 home copies of APT Workshop No. 5 DVDs - first the original set of 8 DVD disks with VOX-CAM’s machine-printed labels on white background; second our Backup on Office Depot disks, copies John made on home computer and labeled with a felt ink pen "Ford APT Culture Workshop # 5". (but in Feb 2016 I can find only one copy at home, in box in closet.
I believe John must have given away the other copy to someone.

THERE ARE ONLY EIGHT DVD DISKS, BUT THE LABELING ON THE EIGHT DISKS GOES FROM #1 TO #9. because the original Videocassettes No. 1 and No. 2 were combined on one DVD disk.
There is a guide to watching the video of this workshop, written by John Warfield, which is available in hard copy at Fenwick Library in the Warfield Special Collection, and also digitized on Rose's home computer. The title of the guide “Notes on the Ford Culture 5th Interactive Management Workshop.”
Videocassette No. 3 and subsequent videocassettes each have their own separate corresponding DVD disk. The 8th DVD disk which is a copy of Videocassette No. 9 and is labelled Disk #9.
