This a rough draft document was precursor to a published version which became Appendix 2 of the Handbook A Handbook of Interactive Management (1994).



Warfield when writing this was aiming at an audience with limited computer skills, as an introduction to using ISM FOR NON-TECHNICALLY ORIENTED USERS.
