The Curriculum of Complexity

Condensed onto a single page, this is a graphic display of a complete course of study for a systems education curriculum.

 

This is a one page graphic. This figure was printed in three of Warfield's unpublished papers: Condensed Patterns 1998,  20 Laws of Complexity, 1999 and Three Domains of Complexity, 2000.

It displays a complete course of study in systems learning, set into four main subdivisions of graduating difficulty, each division having listed topics which have been presented in his earlier papers and classes.

The four main subdivisions are

Course 1 - The Infrastructure of Science

Course 2 - A Science of Complexity

Course 3 - The Work Program of Complexity

Course 4 - Implementation: Organizations and Complexity
