Warfield walks students through planning stage of an Interactive Management Session

Video segments from a 17 April 1999 session of “Resolving Complexity in Organizations” a class Warfield taught at George Mason University. Warfield provides an overview of the planning stages of an Interactive Management session and then helps students design a scope statement. Warfield also discusses two documents with the students.: “Floor Plan & Cost Estimate for Situation Room” and “An Example IM Workshop Plan.”

 

 This is a video clip  showing excerpts from videotapes of Spring Semester class meeting Number 11 held Saturday, 17 April 1999 at Pohick Module, George Mason University. The 2 original VHS Cassettes are in Box 62 of Warfield Special Collection, Fenwick Library, Special Collection & Archives, George Mason University. In the video  segments Warfield discusses two documents with the students 1) Floor Plan & Cost Estimate for Situation Room (Box 94 Folder 14) 2) An Example IM Workshop Plan(Box 21 Folder 37)
