A four day Interactive Management (IM) workshop was held by the newly forming CAD/CAM/CAE and PIM (C3P) Implementation Team for Powertrain Operations (PTO) DURING THE PERIOD 27-30 June 1995. This meeting was held to begin the process of planning for implementation of the new C3P strategy in Ford within PTO. A set of 131 problems was generated, an element set of 31 was used for the problematique. This is a short report, more details are in a summary report. I don't believe the long summary is here.
A follow up workshop is scheduled for July 11-14 for Powertrain.
An IM REPORT
This is one of 32 FORD reports which Rose packed in a single box, and sent with the October 23, 2000 shipment to Fenwick Library, George Mason University.
