Participants were Daniel Arbiter, Paul Blumberg, Edward Breyer, Ernest Fitzgerald, Edward Moylan, Donald Scott, Paul Shank, Robert Treharne and Ed Wittenberg.
Facilitation team was Scot Staley, Daniel Fagan and Catherine Nichol.
There are two reports for the November 22 workshop, first this Summary Report dated Nov 23, 1994, and second a follow up Interpretation Report dated January 6, which is in Box 13, Folder 11..
