A photocopy of manual for a management training workshop, produced by an Institute in Dearborn, which offers workshops on "SPC, QFD, and Taguchi method" The manual is for sale for $100, or is available to persons taking the workshop, but apparently was copied and passed around. We got this copy from Roxana in 1992, who got it from Jay Gould at DSMC, who got it from a Dr. Jim Kowalik, who used to work for Aerojet General but now is a consultant (Total Qual. Mgt. Inst., 15082 Humphrey Circle, Irvine, CA). The manual contains many large-print diagrams and charts suitable as teaching tools or transparencies.
