It was sent to John by GMU professor Larry Bowen, as an Email transmission, and in that format is 25 pages in length. Later John got a better looking copy from Joseph Brent, but as of this date, October 1999, he is hunting through his office and can't find the thing, so we are back to the email copy again. John frequently sends out copies of this paper, so we keep the file folder not inside the PAPERS BY OTHERS cabinet, but instead in one of the big five-drawer cabinets in Room 10, in a RED hanging folder. We don't have this article on computer, although John had several copies in the office most of the time.
