I believe John donated these to GMU in one of the shipments or maybe when he was there on a visit to SC&A and took them personaly. Anyhow the three enormous volumes were not something John could use, written in Spanish. I have searched the GMU Library and the SC&A catalogs and I believe that neither has this title now in 2011. The three volumes were probably discarded.

There is no printed date nor a formal title page. The Volume opens with a foreword by Carlos Medina Plascencia, who was governor of Guanajuato state at the time of the conference which produced this "Estudio." The three volumes are the published report of a conference held in Guanajuato March 1994, in which local business and industrial leaders were asked to contribute to strategic planning for Guanajuato, making use of Interactive Management principles. Publication probably took place some time in 1994. John received his three volumes in 1995, but I am dating the volumes 1994, the same date as the conference which produced them.
Although not all IM PROCESSES were operated in an authentic manner, there was a successful demonstration of the working of ISM and how it could be used to improve planning. A demonstration IM Workshop with both Mexican and International participants, took place on a large auditorium stage, in front of an audience of over 400 business and industrial leaders from the state of Guanajuato. John Warfield had been invited to serve as one of the International Experts in the staged workshop. Alexander Christakis and his company CWA, Ltd., conducted the workshop, and facilitated most of the IM processes, using Aleco's his new windows ISM software, which was better than nothing.
The message of IM was diluted somewhat by the presence of Cliff Saunders, who somehow had talked the Mexicans into purchasing a huge number of expensive dinky little audience voting machines, sold to them by Saunders' company.
Interactive Management began to come into use in Guanajuato after this meeting.
The SIGLO XXI conference was organized and run by four professors from ITESM at Campus Leon. Their names are in the book, as well as the names of a lot of other persons influential in producing the conference, which had the title "PRIMER INTERLOQUIUM, PRIMICIAS del SIGLO XXI.
The three published volumes were sent to John Warfield by Prof Reynaldo Trevino, who wrote an inscription to John, in the flyleaf of the first volume.
The four organizaing professors were: Carlos Flores Alocer, Reynaldo Trevino, Eduardo Sojo Garza-Aldape, and Alberto Lenz Montes de Oca.
