Part 1 is a 54 page main report, Part 2 volume is unpaged, appears to be about 70 pages, is titled Observations and Comments of the Facilitators.
Part 3 is a 10 page printout titles Outline of Facilitator Training Program for OPMS.
There is no author nor place of publication printed on the report, but it was done by Chandy, in Hyderabad.
The IM SESSION described was not a sponsored project, but rather, a training session for facilitators, in preparation for future work for Chandy's company.
Chandy has long attempted to install his new OPMS operating system in a receptive environment and this workshop was an effort to do so.
Although Warfield approved in general of Chandy'a approach to Interactive Management, and of the use of Chandy's OPMS to augment his own work, it is true that Chandy's description of Interactive Management processes and their utilization is sometimes at variance with Warfield's actual methodology, and in these cases John marked the manuscript with pink highlight to indicate some editing changes which would make it more accurate.
